People’s knowledge, attitudes and behaviours pertaining to antimicrobial resistance: cross-sectional survey of 14 Member States in the WHO European Region

The public’s awareness of antibiotic usage and resistance in 14 WHO European Region member states is reported by this study. The survey’s findings help to understand the current state of public awareness, attitudes, and behavior regarding the use of antibiotics and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) at the national and local levels. They also shed light on the creation and assessment of person-centered interventions aimed at addressing AMR.
